Sashank Tere is a graduate of J.J. School of art, after art school he directly joined Neo Films and worked under directors like Prahlad Kakar and
Producers like Pradeep Upoor. He then turned to independent production design for directors like
Fauzia and Rafik of Zabarjast, Kiran Deohans of Candid Creations and Prahlad Kakar for Genesis.
In 1996 Sashank Tere won the IAAFA award for the best production design for the film BPL
difi. He is known for his look based films. In 1998 Sashank Tere started directing and has since directed over a hundred commercials like:
D’cold open up “Mehndi”
Dermicool “Thanda Thanda Powder”
Itch Guard “Handshake”
Vim Bar “Khar Khar Announcer”
Borosoft Soap launch
And the full range of - Livon hair commercials. The Livon range of hair commercials are a benchmark for hair commercials shot in India.
Shashank’s strength also lies in the direction of dialogue based commercials since he has a strong theatre background through his work with renowned directors like Sai Paranjpae.

Rutton Kershaw is an Arts graduate of Elphinstone Collage Mumbai. After collage he initially worked in the marketing departments of Companies like Modi Xerox. He entered the Ad film Industry in 1992 beginning his career in Candid creations where he was entrusted with all post production functions of video editing, special effects, sound editing, music recording and dubbing.
He started directing independently in 1998 and along with Sashank Tere have directed over a hundred commercials. He excels in Music recordings as he is a musician himself. He has directed the composition of jingles like
“Dermicool Thanda Thanda Powder”
Freshia Launch
Boro Natural amongst others.
He has a strong post production background.
